Support The Marjaree Mason Center This Giving Tuesday!

Today is Giving Tuesday, a global movement unleashing the power of generosity to transform communities. At the Marjaree Mason Center, we continue to provide life-saving crisis response, emergency and longer term shelter, child advocacy, legal advocacy, prevention and education, and essential resources to individuals and families escaping domestic violence.

Your generosity helps us offer safety, support, and empowerment to survivors right here in our own community. Your support changes lives.

Monetary donations can be accepted online at mmcenter.org. Checks can also be mailed to the Marjaree Mason Center at 1600 M Street, Fresno, CA 93721.

We also accept gifts of securities, IRAs, life insurance, bequests or other appreciated assets. Your tax-deductible gift allows us to provide invaluable resources to survivors and their children.

Drum Roll Please... The Results are in from our $1 million Matching Gift Opportunity!

Long-time supporter of the Marjaree Mason Center, The Isnardi Foundation, whose previous donation is being honored by naming our new building the Isnardi Foundation Building, committed an additional $1 million in matching funds in order to inspire others to give towards closing the gap on the remaining funding needed to complete the project. The matching campaign ran November 18 - December 1.

There are still ways to support our BIG move!

The Marjaree Mason Center's new Isnardi Foundation Building will be opening its doors soon! To create a welcoming and fully functional space, we still need YOUR help. From new appliances to essential items for the kids in our Wonderful Children's Center, every contribution ensures our new facility is ready to empower survivors on their journey towards healing.

Trees of Hope: Grant A Wish this Holiday!

The time has arrived for Trees of Hope! Interested in giving gifts to survivors of domestic violence this holiday season? Give the gift of a wonderful holiday to children and adults at the Marjaree Mason Center!

Here's how YOU can grant a wish:

1. Pick a Wish: Visit the link here https://bit.ly/Treesofhope or scan the QR code.
2. Delivery method: Ship directly from the link or drop it off in person at the Marjaree Mason Center. Drop-off Hours: Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM, now through December 13th.
3. NOTE: We ask that gifts arrive unwrapped - they will be sorted to be given directly to the child, teen or adult that submitted the wish. If you can provide wrapping paper or gift bags with your gift for families to utilize, it will make your gift even more special!

Support MMC and Achieve Your Charitable Goals!

Looking for impactful ways to give this season? Here are some more strategic options:

1. Do you have to take a required minimum distribution (RMD) this year? You could make a donation directly from your retirement account in order to help reduce your taxable income.
2. Take advantage of the full extent of that required minimum distribution and consider a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) and donate up to $105,000 from that retirement account.
3. Consider a stock transfer. Donating appreciated securities can allow you to give more than if you were to sell the stock and then donate the cash, which supports our mission more effectively.
4. Add the Marjaree Mason Center into your will or trust. This is a meaningful way to leave a legacy that will continue to impact survivors even after your lifetime.

CARS - Donate A Vehicle and Support MMC

Winter's cold got you down? Why not melt away those repair bills and warm your heart by donating your vehicle to our partners at CARS to support the Marjaree Mason Center! With free pick-up and fast paperwork, you can turn your vehicle into a tax-deductible donation that supports survivors of domestic violence.

You'll receive an initial car donation receipt upon pick-up and then the CARS team will work to turn your car into cash to support the Marjaree Mason Center. Once your vehicle is sold, they will provide you proper tax forms in time to file, and the Marjaree Mason Center will receive a check.
