MMC begins search for next CEO — Applications Now Open
The Marjaree Mason Center is preparing for an important leadership transition as CEO Nicole Linder concludes her tenure at the end of February. We are deeply grateful for her dedication, service, and the meaningful impact she has made on survivors, families, and our community.
To support a thoughtful and inclusive search for our next organizational leader, MMC’s Board of Directors has engaged Charity Search Group (CSG), a national search firm specializing in nonprofit leadership recruitment. CSG brings deep experience in mission-driven and equity-centered executive searches, ensuring alignment with our values and the communities we serve.
This week marks the official launch of the CEO search, and the position is now open to applicants. CSG has begun building a broad and diverse candidate pool, with finalist interviews planned for early 2026.
We remain committed to transparency and will continue to provide updates as the process progresses.
